NineT is an educational project provided completely free of charge. This App is developed for learning purposes to demonstrate mobile development and AI integration. Features may be experimental, support is best-effort, and the project may evolve or be discontinued. While we implement production-grade security, this is not a commercial service.

1.1 By using the NineT mobile application ("App"), you ("User", "You") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, operated by NineT ("NineT", "We", "Us").

1.2 If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1.3 We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

2.1 You must be at least 13 years old  to use this App.

2.2 By using the App, you confirm you meet this age requirement and have legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

(i) You must provide accurate information when creating your account;
(ii) You are responsible for maintaining account security and confidentiality;
(iii) You are responsible for all activities under your account;
(iv) Notify us immediately at contact@ninet.io of unauthorized access.

(i) You may delete your account anytime through Settings;
(ii) We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms;
(iii) Upon termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy (within 30 days).

❌ Use the App for illegal purposes
❌ Hack, reverse engineer, or disassemble the App
❌ Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without permission

❌ Distribute malware or malicious code
❌ Interfere with the App's functionality
❌ Harass, abuse, or threaten others
❌ Violate any laws or regulations

Account suspension or termination, content removal, and legal action if necessary.

(i) Articles are aggregated from public sources and remain property of their publishers;
(ii) We do not claim ownership of third-party content;
(iii) Content is for informational purposes only.

(i) The App's interface, design, and code are owned by NineT;
(ii) Protected by intellectual property laws;
(iii) You may not copy, modify, or distribute without permission.

(i) You retain ownership of your bookmarks and preferences;
(ii) Any feedback you provide becomes our property and may be used to improve the App.

6.1 The App uses Artificial Intelligence to build Articles

As an educational project: (i) We do NOT guarantee 24/7 uptime;
(ii) Service may be unavailable during maintenance or updates;
(iii) Features may change, and the project may be discontinued at any time;
(iv) Support is provided on a best-effort basis.

For significant changes, we will provide 30 days advance notice when possible via email or in-app notification.

You are not entitled to compensation for interruptions, changes, or discontinuation. The App is free with no service-level agreements.

8.1 External Links: The App contains links to external article sources. We are not responsible for third-party content, privacy policies, or practices.

8.2 Service Providers: We use Supabase (database), Cloudflare (API), Expo (app platform), and Apple/Google (notifications). These services have their own terms and privacy policies.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, the App is provided "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, including:

❌ Merchantability or fitness for any purpose
❌ Uninterrupted or error-free operation
❌ Accuracy or reliability of content
❌ Security against unauthorized access

This is an educational project without commercial-grade guarantees. Features may be experimental. You use the App at your own risk.

(i) We do not verify article accuracy from external sources;
(ii) AI recommendations may contain errors;
(iii) Do not rely on the App as your sole source for critical information.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, we are NOT liable for:

(i) Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
(ii) Loss of data, content, or account access;
(iii) Loss of profits or business opportunities;
(iv) Service interruptions or unavailability;
(v) Inaccurate information or AI recommendations;
(vi) Unauthorized account access due to your security failure;
(vii) Any damages from your use or inability to use the App.

This is an educational project without commercial insurance, enterprise support, or service guarantees.

11.1 You agree to indemnify and hold NineT harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:

(i) Your use or misuse of the App;
(ii) Your violation of these Terms or any laws;
(iii) Your violation of third-party rights;
(iv) Any content you submit or actions you take.

12.1 Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy.

12.2 Key Points:

(i) We collect minimal data for functionality;
(ii) We do not sell your data;
(iii) You can export or delete data anytime;
(iv) AI personalizes content (you can disable it);

13.1 We may modify these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date will reflect changes.

13.2 For significant changes, we provide 30 days advance notice via email or in-app notification.

13.3 Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms. If you disagree, stop using the App and delete your account.

You may delete your account anytime through Settings. Data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy (within 30 days; backups within 90 days).

We may terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if required by law or if we discontinue the App.

Upon termination, your access ceases immediately. Sections that should survive (indemnification, limitation of liability, dispute resolution) remain in effect.

15.1 Informal Resolution: Before any formal dispute, contact us at contact@ninet.io and attempt to resolve informally for 30 days.

15.2 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.

15.3 Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action.

16.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and NineT.

16.2 Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

16.3 Assignment: You may not transfer these Terms. We may assign our rights with notice to you (30 days for project sale/transfer).

16.4 Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
